Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about buying and selling a home with Surbhi Gupta and Priyanka Chopra, REALTORS®, serving Fremont, Union City, Newark, Hayward, and Milpitas.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve Fremont, Union City, Newark, Hayward, and Milpitas, along with the greater San Francisco Bay Area. If you do not see your city listed, reach out and we can let you know how we can help.

Do you work with both buyers and sellers?

Yes. We represent both buyers and sellers, and we guide you through every step, from the first consultation to closing.

I am a first-time buyer. Where do I start?

A good first step is a free consultation to talk through your goals and budget, followed by getting pre-approved with a lender. From there we tour homes and build an offer strategy that fits your timeline.

How is a buyer agent paid?

Commission is agreed within each transaction and disclosed to you in writing before you commit to anything. Your initial consultation is always free.

How do you decide on a list price when selling?

We prepare a comparative market analysis using recent comparable sales and current market conditions, then recommend a pricing strategy designed to attract strong offers.

How long does it take to buy or sell a home?

Timelines vary with the market, but many purchases close within 30 to 45 days once an offer is accepted, and a well prepared listing can attract offers within the first few weeks.

Do you help with relocation?

Yes. We regularly help clients relocating within the Bay Area or moving into the region, and we can coordinate remote tours and paperwork when needed.

What is your license and brokerage?

We are Surbhi Gupta (CA DRE# 02314083) and Priyanka Chopra (CA DRE# 02252583), REALTORS® licensed in California with eXp Realty of California, Inc. (DRE number 01878277).

How do we get started?

The easiest way is to book a free, no pressure consultation. We will answer your questions and help you plan your next step.
